  • Cruiser Rental: $25/120 minutes

  • Longboard loaners are free to borrow during our normal operating hours. Bring your own helmet. First come, first to enjoy.

  • Booking online or on the MindBody app in advance is required (we highly recommend at least 24-48 hours in advance). For several reasons, including a few of these ....

    • We staff and bring equipment to the lake based on what the demand.

    • We partner with several summer camps in the area, there may be times that we allocate our resources to summer camps and our rentals will scale down availability if we do not have reservations scheduled.

    • If you wait until "day of" to request additional rental spots or class spots we are not always able to accommodate.

    • When we get walk-ups, it is not uncommon for the guest to be underprepared. We want the best possible experience for you and when you book in advance it gives you/us the opportunity to plan for your visit. You come prepared knowing the rental session times to get the most out of your booking, you know what to bring, you're aware of the age and weather policies.

  • All bookings are 100% non-refundable. However, we do offer a super flexible rescheduling program. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason and do so at least two or more hours prior to your reservation start-time your pass will go back onto your account to be used anytime during the current season (passes expire at the end of the current season). Schedule changes can be made at your convenience by logging in online or logging into your MindBody app.

Note: If you do not cancel prior to the two hour service start-time, your pass will be forfeited. You will not receive the pass to be used another time and you will not receive a refund.

  • Our weather policy follows the refund policy, all bookings are non-refundable. Please keep an eye on the weather forecast for your session time. If it looks a little too cloudy for your fun in the sun ambitions, simply cancel at least two hours before your rental start-time and reschedule for a sunnier session. No problem!

Wind can be a big issue for safety out on the water and being able to safely return back to the board shop. Please remember that this activity is *at your own risk.* If you are renting equipment from us (rather than doing a class), there will be no guide out on the water with you and you have assumed all personal risks and equipment liability. Even with a guided class or workshop you are assuming all personal risk.

We do not know your paddle skill level. If you are unsure of the weather or safety concerns please call us to check on lake conditions. If it is windy and you are a beginner, we DO NOT advise you going out. Cancel and rebook your session for a calmer day. We make weather calls based on the information that we have at the time. It is impossible to predict the weather in all cases so please make sure that you are also preparing and have water safety in mind. Going out on the water is AT YOUR OWN RISK. Ask questions, take a skills course with us, learn how to scout the venue, and learn more about resources for tracking wind and weather.

When the safety call needs to be made due too predicted high winds in the area or projected storms on the radar we will cancel the session. You will be notified by text from us to the number that we have on file for you (please make sure that it is accurate). The pass will go onto your account to be used within the remaining season.

  • Customers not adhering to the age guidelines will not be permitted to go out with our equipment and will not receive a refund.

Under 5 years old: Due to safety and insurance, no child under the age of 5 will be permitted on any of our vessels. This includes riding along with a parent/guardian.

Ages 5-10: As long as the total weight of the parent/legal guardian and child does not exceed the equipment weight capacity AND as long as the parent/legal guardian brings a properly fitted U.S. Coast Guard approved PFD/lifejacket for the child they will be permitted to ride along on the parent/legal guardian's stand-up paddleboard (this is not an option for kayaking, only SUP). One adult PFD/lifejacket is included with every rental for adult-use only. We never recommend taking a child out on the water on unless you are: a.) highly proficient paddler b.) a strong swimmer c.) your child is a strong swimmer d.) you have significant water safety experience. If that doesn't sound like you, come by and visit solo for a few sessions before bringing the kiddos along.

Ages 11-17: Youth of this age will be permitted to rent equipment ONLY if a parent/legal guardian is physically out on the water with them and we have a completed liability waiver (call if you would like us to email it to you in advance). They must be in the ratio not exceeding 1 adult to 4 minors. In addition, the minor will be asked to demonstrate an on-water proficiency demonstration. This consists of being able to properly handle the equipment, launch equipment, demonstrate uncoached proficiency to paddle in a straight line across the launch area and turnaround and come back. If they are unable to successfully complete this task, for safety reasons we cannot send them out on the water. In that scenario, the pass would be placed and saved on your account to be used another time in the season and we would ask that you book a private paddle skills class for the child prior to heading out in the future. Our youth paddle programs are not only fun, but also provide a wealth of both paddle skills and water safety education.

Age 18: In Nebraska, under the age of 19 is still considered a minor. Due to this, we need to have parent/legal guardian written consent for anyone under the age of 19. If you are a parent/legal guardian trying to book for someone in this age category, book the pass online and call us right away or email us to have us send you the waiver that can be completed in advance. If we do not hear from you and you show up for your booking without the waiver on file we will not be able to send you out on the water and your pass will be forfeited, not refunded. Please don't do that, it is no fun for any of us if you don't get to go out on the water and enjoy yourself because of a form oversight.

  • We love our furry family members and offer a variety of pup-friendly events throughout the season. Unfortunately, at this time we do not allow pups on the equipment outside of the those events.
